Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 business days. The processing time can be influenced by factors like the customer’s bank or credit card company.

 

If any returned items are not received back at the store, we reserve the right to reverse the refund.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take 5-10 business days before your refund is officially posted. The processing time can be influenced by factors like the customer’s bank or credit card company. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES:  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@shedessentials.com or call 877-305-4846.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES: To return your product, you should email info@shedessentials.com to obtain further information. 

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the size and weight of the return, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. And delivery shipping fees and service charges applicable to the order (including credit card fees) will not be refunded.
